Registration Fees FAQ
How much are registration fees for the 2026-2027 school year?
Registration fees for students vary by grade level. See below:
-
Early Childhood: $115 per student
-
Elementary School: $175 per student
-
Middle School: $205 per student
-
High School: $240 per student
Have registration fees increased since last year?
Huntley 158 has maintained the same student fee structure for more than a decade in an effort to keep costs as affordable as possible for families. As a result, our fees have remained significantly lower than those of neighboring school districts.
Due to rising costs and to help sustain quality educational programs and extracurricular opportunities for students, coupled with a decrease in state funding, the District increased student fees for the 2026-27 school year.
What do registration fees cover?
Registration fees cover essential consumable and curricular materials, including textbooks, workbooks, supplies, as well as access to technology, such as Chromebooks.
Will I receive an invoice for registration fees?
Yes. Invoices will be mailed and sent electronically to all families in early June. Invoices are also posted in Powerschool Parent Portal accounts.
When are registration fees due?
