Transcript and Immunization Records Requests

Paper copies of immunization records and transcripts can be ordered through the Web Store. TRANSCRIPTS: Official electronic transcripts must be ordered from Parchment.com. If the transcript being requested is for a student over the age of 18, the student (not the parent/guardian) must be the requestor.
