Join the Parent-Tot Program
Looking for a fun, educational and welcoming space for your little one? The Huntley 158 Parent Tot Program is designed for families who live in district boundaries with children under the age of 5. Caregivers and grandparents are also welcome to attend! The program is a drop-in center and part of Huntley 158’s Early Childhood Center, located at Chesak Elementary School (Door 4; Room 328) on the Reed Road Campus.
Benefits
The Parent-Tot Program offers numerous benefits for both parents and children, including:
- Children can socialize, play and learn in a safe, age-appropriate environment
- Parents/caregivers can connect with other local families and learn about parenting and community resources
- Parents/caregivers and children can enjoy quality time together through music, stories, sports and creative fun
- Attend special events, such as family nights, concerts, storytelling, field trips, and more
Fees
Cost: $30 per year/per child
Note: Children under 1 (as of 9/1/26) are free.
Registration
Registration and payment are required for in the Parent Tot Program, but there is no commitment. Sign up for the days and times that work for your family each week. Click the link below to sign up. You can register at any time throughout the year.

Monday: 1:45 p.m.- 2:45 p.m.
Tuesday: 9:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 – 12:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.
Friday: Special events (times vary)
