Parent Tot Program

Welcome to the Parent-Tot Center!

The Parent Tot Center (PTC) is a fun, educational and welcoming space for Huntley 158 families, their caregivers and children ages birth to 5 years old.  The center is part of Huntley 158’s Early Childhood Center and is located at Chesak Elementary School (Door 4; Room 328) on the Reed Road Campus.

Parent Tot is a drop-in center open only to Huntley 158 residents; proof of residency is required. The program is fee-based and costs $25 per year/per child. Note: Children under 1 years of age are free. The center offers numerous benefits for both parents and children, including: 

• Children can socialize, play and learn in a safe, age-appropriate environment
• Parents/caregivers can connect with other local families and learn about parenting and community resources
• Parents/caregivers and children can enjoy quality time together through music, stories, sports and creative fun
• Attend special events, such as family nights, concerts, storytelling, field trips, and more

Registration and payment are required for use of the Parent Tot Center, but there is no commitment. Sign up for the days and times that work for you! Stop by and see what we have to offer your family! Your first visit to the Parent Tot Center is FREE!

Monday: 1:45 p.m.- 2:45 p.m.
Tuesday: 9:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 – 12:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. 
Friday: Special events (times vary)
